Dough Mind If I Do is a small business founded by pastry chef, Jessica Whritenour. Currently this small business is residentially based which according to NJ department of health, small food business can now legally sell products from residential homes!

Each batch of doughnuts are handcrafted and custom made to order. Doughnuts are typically made with whole milk & eggs, however Dough Mind can make dairy free & 100% vegan options for all customers. Gluten free doughnuts are next on the agenda!

The goal for Dough Mind is to first and foremost sell delicious doughnuts, but we have big plans!

Goal 1 - Build a loyal costumer base & sell pre orders

Goal 2 - Sell at local farmers markets & book private events

Goal 3 - Aquire a food truck to make this a mobil business

Goal 4 - Have a permanent location to sell to customers on a daily basis!
